Perfect experience! The hotel staff and my room were perfect in one word. The hotel staff is very caring, helpful, and friendly. They helped me with everything from the moment I entered the hotel until I left the hotel. My room was cleaned every day and my towels were changed. An ideal option for both family and solo travelers.

Okay, it’s one of many small hotels in Sussex Gardens, main thing is that it’s clean, tidy, and safe with friendly staff who seem to care. I was upgraded from a single to a family room as it was quiet which was nice. The bathroom is small but in decent condition and the towels, sheets, etc were all decent and clean. Location is good relative to Paddington, Hyde Park, and tube access

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we were a group of 5 friends, the stay at this hotel was perfect, the staff was so nice and welcoming, and the room was very spacious. I recommend with eyes closed. Cheers
